Right. So I am so fucking pissed off right now. I have NEVER sponged off the government. Until now, I have done it all on my own. I have been GENUINELY sick and unable to work for over 7 weeks now. I GENUINELY had no money. Centrelink has fucked me around ever since I put in my claim - calling every day to get me to come in with another piece of paper. They only JUST finalised my claim THIS week. TODAY I get a letter saying my claim has been CANCELLED, because I did not report my earnings on the 11th October - 1 month ago, when I FIRST PUT THE CLAIM IN!!!!!!!!! I didn't even know it was going to be accepted, let alone that I had to report my earnings! So they cancel the claim before they have to give me ANY money, and I go back to work next week ANYWAY, so I no longer can claim it! I am just so unbelievably cranky - I only just opened the damn letter, and now I can't sleep for my frustration.
