This is my gorgeous, wonderful, happy, light-up-the-room nephew Kaleb, in his "Scary Tiger with Big Teeth" face. To be happy and to get better, I just need a dose of Kaleb every day.

Yesterday I had a relapse - straight back to the begining of it all - complete watery diarrhoea, with blood and mucus (sorry for the grossness of this. To me it's nothing. I'm a nurse, they're just words.)
Pain all day, requiring the morphine tablets 4 times throughout the day.
My doctor called the doctor at the hospital, and he said (get this) that it must have been a new thing, a coincidence. Because they hadn't found anything in all their tests, I'm fine. The only way I would be admittted again was if I became dehydrated from the diarrhoea. Not as an exacerbation of an existing illness- because apparently I don't have one.
