I've been nominated to make the speech at our graduating exhibition. What can I say that can sum up 2 years of our 20-odd collective lives. .... Without being too cliche`d? I mean, we ARE all friends, and we HAVE all grown and changed, and the "Hangar" (that is to be demolished...hence having the honour of being the title of the final exhibition of work to come from it) IS home to all of us. Speaking is not my greatest talent. But I want the right words to do the collective experience justice. And I'm putting WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much importance on this task. No matter what I say, people will be looking at their watches anyway. What's so damn special about me that I get to be the one to bore people senseless?
